Y would aapl want to join with discruntled management that vehemently hates' em. I think bridges have been burned, Appearance wise. Behind the sidelines however....

QUICKTRIG..Obviously Apple could have forced a trial(Sue for Breach) and GT would have trouble keeping up financially. Second, didn;t use sappire in I6 clearly they must not be please with whatever material they used or they wouldn;t still be COLABORATING with GT on the use of sappire after being blindsided with the BK. Thirdly, the latest data indicates GT put most if not all their chips into the sappire opportunity. Based on all this it appears to me atleast the only way the GT stock moves north into double digits again is if the two companies resolve their issues and stay married or some version of. Finally, whatever is in dislosure Apple doesn't want the judge to publish. Appears to be of great concern to Apple which may force them to resolve their issues and we all make alot of cabbage!! I appreicate ALL comments
