LTNC will RS before 1 billion shares are issued and that actually looks likely from my perspective. The company won't stand a chance with an OS over 400,000,000 if there is no earnings, but the lack of financing options along with a CEO spending way more than planned to open branches makes the clouds circle for the death spiral.
