One option MIGHT be to remove enough brain tumor to leave room for swelling, then, during the procedure inject the first round of DCVax-Direct into the remaining tumor. Followup injections might be done via intracranial-intra-tumor injection or perhaps subdermal injection with Direct -- if allowed by regulators. Remember, part of her tumor is inoperable.
