There may be a law about recording someone without their knowledge that they are being recorded. Whether Mark is in the right or not as far as him claiming to have heard FINRA state they would satisfy the 211 on receipt of the form 10/audit filing, the point is it may be unlawful to share and per Mark he doesn't think it would be admissible if it ever came down to court.
