mx, did fred frisco say whether it would be an insider sale if wilson (long lane) did sell? As far as we know, Wilson's only a contractor for the company - not a direct employee.

I think that puts him in the same category as Boris (except I think Boris is paid in free trading shares). According to what I can find in the SEC filings:

(1) Boris has never filed with the SEC as a 10% owner of NSOL,
(2) According to his consulting contract, Boris has been paid a number of shares significantly greater than 10% of all shares, and
(3) Boris has never filed any insider sales

If these are 3 items are true, that leads me to the conclusions that:
(1) Boris has sold a significant number of shares, and
(2) Boris is not considered an insider.

So if Wilson is in the same category as Boris, would we know if he sold his shares? (If I remember, we never saw form 4 filings for Ao or Joseph - just form 144 proposed sales)
