I agree, IMO, because of the tremendous progress MVTG has made as compared to when I first begin to invest in it over a year ago. I have been adding to my position as more patents are file and awarded internationally, and as we get closer to Dec's anticipated launch of their efficient/low cost, light weight fuel cell vehicle using MVTG's globally patented fuel cell technology.

The fact that larger multi-billion dollar companies (Alstom, Larfarge etc), are associated or involved with MVTG and that the Canadian gov't has issued grants to MVTG in support is also impressive.

Also, IMO, incredible notice may be taken of MVTG's ERC CO2 pollution recapture and utilization tech when the planned launch of their ERC facility occurs and is just about 2 months away in Jan 2015.

IMO, even though it most likely safer to buy this spec, MVTG, after planned announcements and watch the market's reaction, I believe for me, that I'd much rather buy now (and accept the risk), for the possibility of much larger gains in the short term than wait until it's 'safer' to buy when perhaps much of the shorter term upside potential may be removed?

Everyone should do their own due diligence, research, understand the risks and make their own decisions but for my portfolio, and my risk tolerance, now appears to be the time for MVTG, as a, IMO, potentially high reward type investment. The next 30 to 90 days should prove to be very exciting for MVTG investors who understand MVTG's potential in their targeted 3 global multi-billion energy markets:

1 .Efficient/lower cost, safer (non-hydrogen) patented Fuel cells,
2. CO2 recapture and utilization (not expensive burying of CO2), and
3. Energy storage solutions for on demand energy and electricity)

It also addresses the broad scope of the MVTG ERC patent.

"The answer is that there isn't one canned answer that can be given on the ERC. That is not a matter of evading questions or talking around points, it is the fact that the ERC tech can almost be customized on demand for a specific industry and specific input / output."

If you read the MVTG ERC patent word for word, and study it, then it becomes obvious how broad the scope of custom applications, and operating conditions are.

That is very rare in the patent world these days. Most patents are small, minor, incremental improvements in prior art. The MVTG ERC patent and for that matter the MVTG MRFC are both break through, leaps over existing patents with wide coverage and major improvements over prior art in terms of efficiency, and performance over prior art.

Here are some awesome links to good primers on patents for those that are new to the world of patents.
