$ ELRA. I dont & havent had the problem they are having but feel like your right about how to fix the problem. Every now and then when trying to get trades the Java deal seems to lock everything up, so it doesnt pay to just up grade Java when it Pops up to do so IMO. Go to the Control Panel & remove the one that is on there and down load a New one. Also as you said run the Disk clean up on the Computer atleast once a week helps the computer to perform better. As you said the Pop up Blocker may not be working proper. Because i dont have the problems they are having and dont use I-Hubs Level 2 & I-Hub has problems with thier Level 2 it could be that the Level 2 is the problem so i think doing the Disk clean up-defragment when needed and removing old Java & Flash players and those tools in the Control Panel might help because at one point a few months back i had upgraded Java when the thing poped up and it just put a 2nd one on there and they worked aganst one another so i removed both and put a new download on so i really do think the Disk clean up & replacing Java & such in the control panel might help some.
