I know right. The R/S didn't make sense. They just retired 600 million shares, so the OS should be somewhere in the area of 1.2 billion but not much more.

And they wanted to do a 1/10???? Really??? Very premature move. I mean they can run it up a lot higher and do a 1/1000.


And lets not forget they gave no date in the filing. Just made me scratch my head and was like....huh, what, really. WTF!!
