If I'm figuring this correct, dilution should be almost finished. The diluting MM's showed up in March and all that's left is VFIN (who got pounded today) on the ask. There's been roughly 750m shares traded through these MM's since March not including Octobers report.

It's not a dumpathon as someone mentioned, it's bills being paid off so we can move forward with our new round of financing that will put our products on shelves!

I'm also calling bluff on the RS. Why? Because they can file for more shares, still be attractive to the market, acquire more financing through share increases, then down the line after several share increases when the shares are something stupid like 5b or more, file for a RS and make the investment into it worth it.

Right now a RS with only 1.9b shares and just 1 for 10 is unheard of in the low trips and not smart business especially with production and distribution starting now. They need share holders now, not to chase them away. A RS isn't cheap and chases share holders away. An increase in shares cost $50 to file with the SOS and share holders hang around.

Any beverage company with product and distribution can carry a multi billion S/S into the sub pennies from the trips easy. So a cancelation of a RS would just be rocket fuel being there's only like 1b shares or just a bit more in the float.

An official PR canceling the RS would be huge!
