Before he became an employee of MJNA, from Sept 7 to Dec 6, 2013, Perry Coleman wrote a near-weekly series of articles (eleven in all) about MJNA and CannaVest which included the following disclaimer:

I am an investor in MJNA and (OTC: CANV) and this article was written on behalf of Medical Marijuana, Inc.

IOW, before he became the paid IR contact for MJNA, Coleman appears to have been paid by MJNA to write favorable articles about the company.

NOTE: The articles he wrote for Seeking Alpha appear to be him working independently of CannaVest and MJNA.

PHOT pumped and dumped. MJNA rarely sends out a PR and when they do its usually in defense of wrongfully allegations. I am happy they are suing the Project CBD people.
