Really? As of today, MJNA shows fifty PRs issued in 2014 (the Jan 22 PR about 4Q/13 results is missing from the list,) and only a couple might be about allegations:

That's an average of more than one PR per week.

Unless there is a new suit we don't know about, the suit filed last week wasn't against Project CBD.

Oh, and they'll likely lose the suit against Jason Cranford, Cannlabs and Stewart Environmental, because unless they find something in discovery, their complaint is full of holes, the most obvious being the lack of damage to the stock price, since nearly all the decline in the stock price happened well before the Stewart tests came out and weeks after the correct results were published.

That was better than any candy! When they do a p.r. it's to link to stories with obviously false claims or to suggest pie-in-the-sky revenues, or to tell investors that they won't be late again.


Besides relying upon "greater fools", how can MJNA benefit from the elections next week. How will Alaska or Oregon or Washington, D.C. help MJNA if they legalize? If Florida passes MMJ, how does this help MJNA?


MJNA sells not THC products and says that they won't do so until it is federally legal. Anyone in Florida can already by products distributed by HempMeds. Now they will have more choices if MMJ becomes legal. Better choices too.
