Lots of traders and analysts liked PHOT for good reasons and no one knew about the internal issues they had. I personally like Perry's unbiased and thoughtful style of writing.
Perry wrote about PHOT a year before they got suspended and before, I believe many of the questionable activities took place, like raising the A/S to 3 billion and the very questionable CANX deal.
Perry wasn't advocating that shareholders vote to raise the A/S by 2 billion, like AB was. He also wasn't touting the extremely toxic deal with CANX as a good thing.
