Then stop referencing the $800M goal because it was lowered to $500-$600M.

I understood the rest of the question but it all seemed to revolve around the $800M goal as you mentioned it several times.

It is not a matter of the program, your question centered all around the $800M goal which you mentioned 3 times.

"I ask because based on our 300 million dollars in sales and if we are talking sales dollars if we are 50%, if we got 100% of them licensed on sales we can expect 600 million and while there are other ways to gain business, getting to the 800 million does not seem attainable at least at this time"

Double the $300M and you get to the new goal of $500-$600M.

Look at the Key financial metrics tracker provided by IDCC look at the
Current Royalty Mix there are two types Per-unit royalty revenue and Fixed fee amortized royalty revenue the percentages will vary over time.

The 50% is based on percentage of market sold not number of manufacturers.
