Most otc small banks don't file with the sec. They do issue regular quarterly report and provide and annual report on there website. And most of them report earlier then most microcaps, you may see they have better listings as well on the otc then other microcaps that don't file the standard 10q. these guy are following all the standards of reporting anyways, the ones I buy give you a ton of info. in the pr, and they report when they are supposed no shananigans of not reporting for three week later then normal in most cases. So as far as I'm concerned the fully reporting in my opinion.
