SKILLZ1, I'm aware many companies on the OTC don't file, but curious about the decision not to file with the SEC for banks like these two. I'm guessing they don't want to pay to file if they don't need to. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

plus small banks are regulated by state or federal level agencies so the chances of financial reporting fraud are pretty slim.
