xZx, funny thing is they probably put out this news a week early concerned the stock would drop today and next week.

it is still dropping!

I doubt they will have anything further to come out with on Nov 7.

xZx, it's possible they are planning a significant sized product launch and they need all the $500k to go toward launch.

Unfortunately no spare money to pay down debt right now.
