debt payments are tiny. i'll bet you somewhere between $10K to $25K would stop some of the dilution. instead, retail gets soaked, flippers get rewarded, longs get the shaft. over and over again.

They did retire 600m shares (25% of A/S) showing they do understand share holder value and won't need the shares.

And the financing is restricted until next year.... "twelve months from the date of issuance"
