not really. if TBEV management could say "no dilution", and the market proved that was true (i.e., no more toxic dumps on L2) that would create a lot of confidence for the longs.
right now, the PRs are vague (no indication about where product will be sold, or in what quantity) and lenders dump the paper as fast as they can get it, so why should retail park their cash here?
