I don't know if your right or not about the dumping. A case can be made for the dumping by them for sure but we'll probably never know. After reading the article about ITEN and Ira's role in fraud it looks like the government is going to have a hard time making there case especially since they exaggerated the facts about the defendants. What a mess this stock is.I think there's a chance that Ira can still do a hail merry and pull one more rabbit out of his hat. Will be interesting to see what happens here...

I suggest you read the company filings. Roca and Patterson owned no stock, so I think we can forget that theory.
