After reading the article about ITEN and Ira's role in fraud it looks like the government is going to have a hard time making there case especially since they exaggerated the facts about the defendants.

Yeah, well, Discala used the author of that article to make a case for himself. She was willing to present that case to the public. Will it fly with the DOJ? Or in court? I'm inclined to doubt it. The SEC and the DOJ rarely get these things wrong.

And in any case, there's no doubt ITEN was pumped and dumped, and there's no doubt Shapiro wrote misleading press releases. So he's not getting off the hook.
