Company never assured anything! Those are misguided assumptions by certain shareholders.

Please read 14c n Vanis email closely. The key word used was a "good chunk". Also 14c hints at other uses when the opportunity arises. Imo if ever there's a justification for o/s increase, acquisition of controlling stake in avanzar qualifies as such.
