If you don't care if there is a R/S and then they issue more shares as long as the company is successful, more power to you. Only thing is current investors will see their investment further diminished under that scenario and will not benefit from that success. Furthermore when the company specifically assures investors that the A/S is only going to be used for specific purposes and that operations going forward would not be funded by convertible notes, why should they sit on their hands and be fine with millions of shares added without any explanation?
