What was it that the CEO said to you that makes you think he has no clue? I assume you have spoken to him to draw that conclusion. Regarding his "hoopla" over % increases...what's the big deal? What CEO wouldn't tout everything positive they could? Especially an OTC company? I don't understand the issue with this.
When betting on OTC companies, especially the smaller businesses it really is a bet on the jockey. Personally I like what I see. Tell me what I'm missing.
