It doesn't prove diddly squat. PRs from stinky pinky mining scams are often made up BS to get suckers to buy. They claim some vague interest from some unknown party. There is no LOI.

GYST has often released PRs and made vague promises that haven't come true. Remember they claimed they were going to drill? Remember they were going to produce $125,000,000 in revenue? Didn't happen. Not even close.

Stop believing what mining scams tell you.
