LOL, yes with $100 billion in the bank, what's $1-$2 billion for them to make this all go away. regardless, there is true intrinsic value in the sapphire technology that could easily spill out into the hands of Samsung and AAPL wont like that.

APPLE, IMO, has no plans of buying GT, NOW that the judge has ordered that GT "Secret file" be unsealed. That is an order from the courts, not a compromise between Apple and GT.

All in my humble opinion of course.
