I would like to hear from Rick or any other scientist on what the difference is between the IMEC and OpSIS chips and what the passive vs active is. Does it sound like we will coat the IMEC chips with our materials after we baseline them? Or are the OpSIS chips the only ones we'll be coating?

Also, what's the difference between Reynard's fused silica substrates and the IMEC/OpSIS chips? Sorry for the many questions, just trying to understand the processes better.

I thought Tom said at the SHM that the bleached waveguide modulator was just an initial step towards proving our technology...not something to make money from??? And that the slot waveguide modulator was the first real money maker...???
