who cares. why does anyone care if he did or didn't, it means nothing. He filed the Form 10/Audit, because he believed that was the path, now people are trying to make a phone call an issue??? LOL, the 1st thing Mark did was file a 211 as promised when it didn't get approved, he stated he had to file a Form 10/audit, why do people think he did this, just because of a hunch, clearly he was instructed, why is this so hard to understand? LOL
