I think that someone might be Perlowin, current CEO of HEMP.

You may have a point about the FBI for it took them 7 years to compile enough evidence to ensure full prosecution to the fullest extent of the law for Loomis et al, (Michael Llamas being part of "et al").

Both HEMP and MJNA has gotten the SEC and FINRA publishing warnings about them and yet they continue unhindered so perhaps they are under investigation right now and perhaps the Feds are wanting to make sure they've collected enough evidence to ensure they do go to prison.

IMHO.

That individual is not involved with MJNA and did not get their shares from MJNA.

I still believe that MJNA could be suspended, though there are actually many other companies that merit suspension before MJNA. It's hard to tell what motivates the SEC. It would seem to me that a company that knowingly links in a press release to a story that has material inaccuracies is asking for trouble. I don't wish for any company to be suspended. I would prefer to see companies treat their shareholders fairly and not mislead the public.
