I still believe that MJNA could be suspended, though there are actually many other companies that merit suspension before MJNA. It's hard to tell what motivates the SEC. It would seem to me that a company that knowingly links in a press release to a story that has material inaccuracies is asking for trouble. I don't wish for any company to be suspended. I would prefer to see companies treat their shareholders fairly and not mislead the public.
