AAPL = lose a lot, reputation, fines, and even lawsuits.

Any wrong doing if proven on AAPL's part will open doors from all investors to file class action against AAPL.

No, I believe the secret is much, much, more than that. A lot more. If we're going to get some, if not, all of our shareholders value, than GT needs to go for the Apple's "Jugglery Artery". Apple has cause many of GT shareholders a lot of money with it manipulating practice they had used on GT. I say, cut off all you can get from the rotten apple.
