Just why would a company buy millions of shares if they thought

the stock was overpriced and the company was going no where?

That would make absolutely no sense. They are buying because

the stock is grossly undervalued.

dndodd: Good guess, according to the just issued 10-Q, there were 37,164,303 shares outstanding at October 28, 2014.

I am happy to see the confidence of management in repurchasing so much stock. It is better than I could hope for.
