It's not going to pass, you need 60%, not 50

A very reputable firm (Gravis marketing which I am familiar with) came out yesterday and essentially declared it dead.

At least it looks like CA will pass.

Luckily MMJ passing or not a passing has really nothing to do with VPOR operations.
