Carboplatin (BMS), Permetrexed (Ili Lilly), Paclitaxel (BMS) and probably Avastin (Roche) will not combine as well with Bavituximab as Docetaxel and Sorafenib because they lack the synergy that S. King mentioned.

My recollection is a little different. I have been trying to locate the transcripts where SK said this but from what I recollect he stated that Paclitaxel worked opposite of Docetaxel, but that Carboplatin and Pemetrexed has similar action as Docetaxel and so they were optimistic about the outcome.
Again, that is just my recollection. Literature does seem to point in the direction of Carboplatin and Pemetrexed being immune-stimulatory FWIW.
