No. The so-called "OTC Short Report" records daily Reg SHO data, and has nothing to do with real short interest, as anybody who has followed the OTC Market for any length of time understands.

That "report" is actually a mendacious piece of tripe used by the crooks behind scams like NNAN to suggest imminent short squeezes when nothing could be further from the truth.
