Insiders keep issuing themselves Class "B" shares which have 40 votes each. No one can take this over and/or force change via a vote, the Quilliams have prevented that.

Also, you would need to have a shareholder meeting to vote on these matters... As far as i can remember they have had it in Sept every year, but this year it looks like they wont have one for either of their stocks.

Why would it matter if EU starts up a QE program? Gold could go to 4 billion dollars an ounce and it would have no effect on SFMI. It's not like they have any gold, any proven reserves, any probable reserves or any estimated reserves.
