The money is going somewhere. If someone is losing money somewhere, someone is making money somewhere else.

Are you saying that $5,000+ fees is reasonable to get a $50,000 loan at 22% interest?

What about the hundreds of thousands of dollar board members got has consult fees and accounting consulting?

What about the $25,000 a board member received for publishing a "report" through is "financial analysis" company? A report that was basically copy/paste frfom the investor presentation!

How about the $5 million in administrative expenses for a 30 heads company?

All this information is clearly stated in the SEC filings and can't be dispute.
