I agree. It is tough to swallow. I'm afraid of two things right now. Somebody smarter than me needs to tell me why they won't happen...

1. More dilution needed to pay the $200k balance in the Avanzar deal. Read the 8k. They already took out a note for it. To be payed 30, 60, 90 and 120 days after close if deal in $50k installments. Was today's dilution $10k of the first installment?

2. If I'm correct with my assumptions above, will they need to increase the AS again to complete this deal and have cash available for more deals?

Tear this to pieces folks so I can sleep tonight.
