Seriously? This is ridiculous. The A/S increase was assured it was going for endorsements and to back up the Series B preferred shares. Adding Avanzar should be good for the long term of the company, but we're talking 1/3 of a billion shares added now added to the O/S since the beginning of August. What about the shares needed to back up the preferreds now that the price has declined? What about funding things without convertible notes going forward? What about revenues being generated? I'm all for understanding that this takes time to grow the company, but diluting the interest of shareholders like this to further the company after all the notes were taken care of is quite the opposite of what we were promised and lessens our value in the company.
