Has anyone listened to the convoluted reason Obama is saying it's OK to quarantine returning soldiers but not returning medical personnel? Part of his rambling explanation includes him saying US military personnel would not be in contact with Ebola carriers.
So he's OK with quarantining low risk people but not high risk people. It takes a Democrat to say that makes sense.
