EPAZD just wiped out their common shareholders with a 10,000 - 1 R/S. But the CEO, family and other insiders converted all common to preferred which convert 3 for 1 a few months before the R/S. The CEO even released a P/R on the great growth hours before the R/S was announced!What a shame!
