Yes As Far As Axioms Go...

Buy When They Sell And Sell When They Buy Is On The List.

That Is My General Modus Operandi.

But Once In A While When They Are Selling You Should Be Too.

When everyone is selling, buy. When everyone is buying, sell. That makes for meaningful gains, generally speaking of course.

So how did that work out for the people who were buying in the 60's and 70's when the PPS was dropping from the .80's. That might work when your talking about a fortune 500 or a fortune 100 but it never applies to a stock trading in the .03 cent range. Theres reasons that its dropped so drastically
