It's really a moot point anyway. There is no way to know exactly what delinquent amount the returned penalty was for or even what the total penalty was. All we know now is that if the total owed on the current installment agreement is less than $1.65 million per the terms outlined in the 10K and a 10 year agreement, then Ryan Schadel is a damned fool to not disclose that information.
