I believe shareholders are entitled to receive the spinoff of Trident shares in addition, hisp shares. jmo

You are absolutely correct.

We are all still waiting on GFTI to announce the ex-dividend date (that was promised in September).

ALL shareholders at the time that the ex-dividend date is announced for GFTI are entitled to shares in Trident and it's client's companies once they are trading.

When this will happen? Anyone's guess. Chris G. hasn't replied to my inquiries regarding this matter. Anyone have any luck? Luna? Opps? Herz?

I think we'll need a little bit more patience here...

ENTITLED TO DIVIDENDS? I believe you are wrong. We are not entitle to anything. The said shares are the property and assets of Trident. When they decide to spin off the stock we will receive our proportionate share if we still are shareholders of record.

The value of GFTI will dwarf anything a shareholder will receive in dividends by a few football fields.

Your sense of entitlement is just more lip from someone who now is a long side supporter that a "naked short" seller.

Gimme a break CHAOS you dont own a share and your just here becasue you do not have a job to go to.
