That was just touched on in the September PR regarding that subject. It mentions something along the lines of "once there is a market for the common stock". Also, the most recent quarterly report states something along the lines of issuing them with a lock-up period to keep everyone from driving the stock of the new company down.

It should be soon enough though in my opinion considering HISP is trading a little.
