I like this line: There was no share issued for asset purchse during that period, it was pure Convertible Debt dilution. I believe many traders do not understand or don't want to know about that. A great example is the TCEL board, they just don't get it.Went from 500,000 million to 2.9 billion in months paying off convertibles!
