I can relay facts from the company....  Penalties were abated by the IRS and they are currently paying .033% interest.

Well, it's pretty obvious that the IRS "abated" nothing and interest is actually 3.36% per annum as I eloquently laid out in the link below for anyone who cares to actually read filings and other DD.
