Nok & the EU want to force the cost of royalties of patents down.
Maybe thay can also lower the price of Gold, Oil or the price of a wedding and funeral.
Heck maybe after thay fall off there high-horse thay can lower the cost of health care.
Maybe thay can freeze or lower the cost of everything in the world..except of course the price of High-end cellphones.
