There is a tendency amongst some to feel "the sky is falling"!

Here is my problem with it....


Say they reach milestone number one of 2 million of net profit. Total shares that will be awarded will be 7.5 million and with a profit of 2 million I would venture the share price being around $.50

7.5 million X $.50 = 3.75 million

2 million profit minus 3.75 million in shares = (-1.75 million) in other words, they would be paying them more than the profit they made in shares which does not hurt anyone but us.


Am I overreacting?

Good luck with selling that one to some around here. I totally agree with you though.
