You hit it right on the head! This is what people don't like about the 8-K...

If the Apple & GT settlement is approved, we will never know what's in those sealed documents... they are to be expunged.

If the Judge allows that, then they are setting a precedence for all and future bankruptcy proceedings that follow, for companies to hide the reason they became bankrupt. That's why Dow Jones, US Trustee, and US Dept of Justice are opposed to that.

If the documents don't remain sealed then no settlement?! Could be why GTAT is pleading, saying that they can't afford to fight Apple and not settle.
