The fact that we even try to imply there is no effect and that a company has had a lien on there business and with the IRS as a matter of fact is about the funniest post I have ever seen.

Well why don't you detail how a company falling behind on one quarters worth of payroll taxes is affecting their business a year later!

Also detail how a simple lien for a specific amount is negatively impacting their operations today.

Since we believe that we know so much about this situation, why don't you tell us just how much Labor SMART is paying the IRS in interest and penalties on the quarter they fell behind last year?
